Step 1: Full Head Check

Every person in the home gets a full head check to confirm whether lice are present. This involves applying oil to the hair and combing through it with a professional-grade lice comb — the same method whether it's a brand-new case with just a couple of eggs, or a severe infestation with hundreds. If it's there, this method finds it. Each appointment includes one complimentary lice comb that can be sanitized and used for the whole family.

Step 2: Full Treatment

If lice are found, I do a complete section-by-section comb-through of the hair to remove nits and live lice. The oil used during this process also immobilizes any live bugs, making them much easier to remove as I go.

Step 3: Wash Out & Strand-by-Strand Check

Once the comb-through is complete, the oil is washed out and I do a strand-by-strand check to manually remove any remaining eggs — the ones too small for the comb to catch, but still visible up close. Nothing gets left behind.

Step 4: Custom Follow-Up Plan

Every case is different, so you'll leave with a follow-up plan built specifically for your situation — designed to address the full head lice life cycle so this doesn't come back in a couple weeks. This is where the case is fully eradicated, not just knocked back.
